Booking and Refund Policy – Eras Expeditions CR

To confirm the reservation, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required.

Full payment must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the activity.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the activity will have a 10% penalty of the total amount.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in case of a no show, are non-refundable.
